Buggy Bootcamp
A postnatal exercise class that the babies are invited too!
Come and join us for a buggy bootcamp workout on Tuesdays, 10am!
Get your strength and fitness back postpartum, with a NEW buggy bootcamp session. These will be outdoor sessions led by Emma – a qualified personal trainer and pre and post natal fitness instructor.
Bring your baby along and workout with likeminded people. All you need to bring is yourself and your baby/toddler in a pram. The session will take place outside in the playground area, it will be circuit based focussing on rebuilding strength and overall fitness.
The aim is for babies and toddlers to stay in their pram throughout the session, however there is a play area in the centre of the circuit if you have an older child. However, parents must supervise and are responsible for their children at all times.
All abilities welcome – if you’re just starting out on your fitness journey or if you want to regain your fitness after your baby – it would be great to see you! All exercise can be done at your own pace.
The first week is taster week, and the session cost is just £3! You can pay online or bring cash to the first session.
After the session, Uncle Henry’s host a free Tiny Tots session where you can relax and socialise with a coffee – after all that working out 🙂
Please note:
All parents are responsible for their child during the session.
All women must be at least 6 weeks postpartum and signed off to exercise by their doctor.
All women must sign their Exercise Readiness Questionnaire and Informed Consent Form before beginning the session.
