Twenty years of food, farming and family moments – celebrate with us with limited-edition birthday goodies, menu specials, a summer celebration you won’t want to miss and plenty more surprises along the way – all made even more special by the local suppliers we’re proud to work with.
To mark the milestone, we’ve created a limited-edition birthday range inspired by the flavours, stories, and farming routes that have shaped Uncle Henry’s over the last twenty years, whilst welcoming a brand new chapter.
Sticky Fig Chutney
A true Uncle Henry’s classic, a real family favourite recipe, inspired by the figs once grown in our walled garden. Rich, nostalgic and full of flavour, it’s the perfect partner for cheese boards, sausage rolls and all your deli favourites.
The Birthday Banger
Created especially for our 20th birthday, it’s a real celebration to what has become a central part of Uncle Henry’s… Lincolnshire Pork Co.
This Cheddar and Jalapeño sausage has been created to bring together quality Lincolnshire Pork, mature cheddar and a little jalapeño kick – making it a proper birthday banger in every sense!
The Birthday Beer
A limited-edition brew created as a proper toast to 20 years – best enjoyed with great food and even better company!
Pork & Cider Pie
A hearty pie made with Lincolnshire Pork Co. pork and a splash of cider, with a nod to the orchard apples that have long been part of the farm. A proper classic, and a fitting part of our 20th celebrations.
Birthday Chocolate Bar
A limited-edition chocolate bar wrapped in our birthday logo, made for us by No.12 Chocolatier in Kirton Lindsey – a sweet celebration of local talent and great Lincolnshire partnerships.
Strawberries & Cream Birthday Sponge
A proper birthday classic, made with locally grown strawberries for that fresh, seasonal taste of a summer birthday.

As we celebrate 20 years, we’re turning the page to the next chapter of Uncle Henry’s… one that brings together everything you already love, with a few new surprises woven in along the way.
Over the coming months, you’ll spot seasonal menu specials, a hidden world of adventure unfolding behind the garden walls, and plenty of little (or not so little) surprises appearing as the year goes on.
And when summer arrives, we’ll be raising a glass properly with a birthday celebration made for making memories – the perfect moment to come together and toast the last 20 years.
