Times
The field is open 7am – 8pm Monday – Sunday.
You can book for either 25 minutes or 55 minutes at a time.

25 minutes 1-3 dogs £6.00
25 minutes 4-6 dogs £8.00

55 minutes 1-3 dogs £8.00
55 minutes 4-6 dogs £10.00

Booking T&C’s – please follow our Canine Code below…
• Bookings are non-refundable but can be amended up to 24 hours before the booking commences via your booking confirmation.
• You will receive a booking reminder via SMS or email 30 minutes before your booking; this will contain your gate access code. This code is required to enter the field.
• The time slot for your booking includes exiting the fields and parking areas. Please ensure that you have exited the parking area by the time your booking ends to allow the next user to enter at the start of their timeslot.

Parking
• There is a secure, fenced parking area for up to 3 cars next to the field to allow you to let your dog out safely. This is for use for your booking only; please do not enter the secure parking area until the previous user has left.
• You are also welcome to park in the general customer car park and walk across to the field with your dog on a lead however if a car is present in the secure parking area, please do not enter until the previous user has left dog car park.

The field
• Our field is 2 acres big and fully fenced; the fence is 2 meters high.
• Please do not open the gate or enter the field until our previous guest has safely exited.
• Please do not use the field if your dog is showing any signs of illness. Your dog must also be up to date with their routine vaccinations and wormer.
• Your dog remains your responsibility during your visit and must not be left unattended.
• Although we inspect the field and fences regularly, holes or other damage to the fence may occur from time to time. We cannot take responsibility for any dog escaping.
• Do not allow your dog(s) to dig in any part of the field. Please notify Uncle Henry’s immediately if your dog causes any damage or you notice any damage to the field, fences or equipment. 01652640308.
• Please pick up and bag all dog poo and place it in the bin provided along with any other general litter.
• Please do not climb on any gates, fences, posts or dog agility equipment at any time. Dog agility equipment is for dog use only and is used at your own risk.
• Please wear sensible footwear as the field can be uneven in places.
• Our field is a no smoking site; customer smoking is permitted outside the farm shop lobby entrance.
• Unfortunately, due to the public nature of Uncle Henry’s we are unable to accept banned dog breeds on site.

On entering the field, please close the gate securely behind you and enjoy! Dogs are welcome to enjoy our cafe courtyard and dog friendly areas within our cafe. Outside of the secure field and parking area, dogs must be kept on a lead please.

Business use
• If you book the field for business purposes i.e. dog walking services or training classes, you must have public liability insurance to cover your business activities and be able to provide proof of this if asked for on booking.

Uncle Henry’s accept no liability for any loss, injury or damage caused to person, animal or property whilst using this facility within the perimeters of the intended use or otherwise. We reserve the right to amend our terms of booking at any time.
