Our large butchery serve over counter and pre pack butchery chiller can cater for every meal solution you require.

We cure and smoke our own delicious bacon and hams in the traditional dry-cured way. Our sausages are our butchers’ speciality with over 8 varieties available at any one time. Our customer’s favourites include our best selling Lincolnshire Sausage, Red Arrow Sausage (chilli, sundried tomato and garlic) and also Caramelised Onion Sausages.

We also produce many speciality products such as stuffed mushrooms and traditional black pudding which are unique to us, along with our award-winning range of frozen meat pies.
