Video’s will be sent to your inbox no later than midday on Christmas Eve, please check your junk folder.  If the file is too large we may send it through We-Transfer so please keep an eye out.  A follow up confirmation of sending e-mail will also be sent. If you have not received your video or cannot find it please reply to sending confirmation e-mail to make us aware and we will work with you to ensure that you receive it.
